Is there a free trial?

Yes - You can try out some of the features of the Flowgenix platform without a subscription. Only email marketing is available as SMS, and WhatsApp require a onboarding process to setup a new number for you.

What marketing channels do you support?

We currently support marketing to your contacts through email, SMS and WhatsApp. The pricing model is clear and simple and based on a simple monthly fee and a simple message cost based on the underlying message costs. All plans include email with a small setup cost for SMS and WhatsApp.

How long does it take to get a WhatsApp or SMS number?

The length of time it takes depends on your business. For WhatsApp if you already have a relationship with Meta/FB it will be quicker. Typically we can onboard a new number in 7 days.

Do you charge a markup on the messaging costs?

We charge you a monthly fee which pays for your access to the platform. You pay on a pay as you go basis to send emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages. We charge a small % on top of the providers fee to cover the Stripe processing fees.

Tell me about GPDR compliance?

Our platform is hosted in the UK and all of your data remains in the UK. When a contact is added to the system we maintain an opt out per channel, ensuring the user has control over their data and its use. All data can be exported at any time.

What currencies do you bill in?

All our billing is run through the Stripe platform, so we support billing in every major currency. At the beginning of your contract we will confirm which currency you want to be billed in and the cost in that currency.
